How bad logically would the Paradox be if you and a zillion versions of you in a zillion versions of the same space ship blew up the Earth at every point in time after you uploaded everyone and I mean everyone on earth's minds(including the minds of animals, plants, bacteria, viruses, protazoa, fungi, AI, ancient peoples and their modern descendants) onto the ship's data base in seperate folders while still conscious(and upload the Great Intelligence's mind into a special folder where he can't leave while you're at it)? Of course how morally bad I can imagine.

People are always talking about this paradox when dealing with time travelling. But the thing is what if your go back in the past and you killed your grandfather and your mom/dad is already born, do you still cease to exist?

The point of the paradox is that you kill your grandfather before your parents can be conceived. Once finished, they're genetically useless, and do not cause a paradox.
