Anyone know why this trope is called "Facing the Bullets" One-Liner? The quotes imply that "facing the bullets" is something that's said either rather often by iconic examples, or that it's what the Trope Namer said.

How is this different from Defiant to the End? They sound like pretty much the exact same thing. Does this really need to be its own trope?
