Should there be a third exception for sequels that are set Exty Years after the original (whether or not the original was Exty Years after its publication)?

The current page quote is not as clear and descriptive than the previous one. Why was it deleted? By reading the Spoony quote one does not get the idea of what the trope is about. Meanwhile the one from Baccano does a nice comment on the whole round number of years thing. I'm changing it. If anyone thinks I'm wrong, let me know.
There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.
