So, this is just an Erotic Dream But gay!? Nothing in the Erotic Dream description mentioned it being Het, so, why do we have this? It seems like it just reinforces the notion that het is "normal" and gay is "other."

I would say the big difference is that this is a character who's ostensibly straight or in denial. I don't think it would be an example if an openly, comfortably gay character had an erotic dream about the same sex... and I'll look it over, but I don't think there is one on the list.
My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.
