Should Michael Bay REALLY be on here with regards to the Transformers films, considering that he had to be cajoled into taking on the first film, initially dismissing it as "a stupid toy movie" and only giving it a 2nd look because he'd get to work with Steven Spielberg?

The James Woods example is all kinds of Awesome in and of itself, as he got the part because while everyone else was auditioning as dark & scary, he went in as an Honest John's Dealership/shmoozy type!
