Agreed. This is TV Tropes. We're about entertainment, not "notability", and Abu Gharib has nothing to do with our topic.
It's intended as a piece of history rather than political bashing. If that's honestly how you feel, you cut it. I won't stop you.
Thirding the cut. Abu Gharib is neither a trope nor a work, and the article is pretty much a stub.
Then cut it. I stand by what I said, but if you don't like it feel free to delete it.
Edit: I edited the page so it's more neutral, but if it's still unacceptable then delete it.

Neutrality has nothing to do with it. If this was about how Abu Ghraib was depicted in works of fiction, that would be one thing, but having an article on what went on in there in real life is considered Flame Bait on this site.
Agreed, that's definitely the biggest problem; this page is just begging for a Flame War. This wiki is already a pretty big troll-playground, and this attracts just more of them.
My last cut request got declined, however.
