Don't I fixed it. There's still some bugs regarding the update to the site. Some pages will randomly lock (IIRC, it's caused when editors leave the edit page without hitting the cancel/back button).
If you come across a page that's locked and not listed on Locked Pages, simply right click on the edit button and cancel the edit to unlock the page. I also believe you can edit a page by going to a page's history and clicking the edit page button from there. Hope this helps in the future.
