I think Brigid is the Un Built Trope for the Film Noir type of Femme Fatale, she doesn't dress very provocatively, or do much anything we today example the classic Noir style Femme Fatale to do.
Though she does happen to be the only example I'm aware of from an actual 40s Detective film where it was the Femme Fatale who hired the Hardboiled Detective to begin with. That idea is really more or a Neo Noir cliche.
