I'd like to contest Vriska's entry. For one thing, a character must fall into being a Scrappy, which requires majority hate. Being a Base Breaker isn't the same as being a Scrappy, since she does have a very high support of fans.

And... it's a little more of a gray area, but there's the issue with the Character Focus. Namely that it drops around Act 6. That point about a romance with the main character seems to have taken a backseat so far (he's far more teased with another character by now, Roxy) and even after her death was un-done she still warped herself out of the scene all of the other main characters are in. And the main page states that the character is put into big scenes for no reason, while there is usually some reason for Vriska's involvement in the plot. Especially in, again, her appearances in Act 6.

Just because the creator intentionally wrote a "pet favorite"-type character does not mean that they fit the TV Tropes requirements for the Creator's Pet trope.
