Horuda is listed as a "shout-out" character, but I can't recall her being based off of any particular character? (Correct me if I'm wrong.) For that matter, should Mai even count? Mai's a joke character, but not a shout-out, per se.
I've been here too long. Regretting choosing this screenname ten years ago.
