Because it's specifically a subpage of Rise of the Guardians rather than The Guardians of Childhood. Although I expect there's character overlap, different works often have separate character pages.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

The movie's a continuation (albeit in Broad Strokes) of the books though. Plus there's been all-purpose character pages for other multimedia franchises like How To Train Your Dragon and stuff.
Why was this split from the Guardians of Childhood character page?
