I think just the details of the death scenes. We don't need to add Killed Off for Real due to the Anyone Can Die as mentioned above.
Okay, really, where does it say that Legion was the first Geth to take up arms against the Quarians? Was it that memory where a Geth unit picks up a Widow? Because that was definitely showing that Legion's using the Widow Sniper Rifle is because of an emotional attachment considering it was the first weapon used by the Geth. It shows Legion manifesting a personality. Saying that it WAS that Geth makes no sense; Legion's platform was specially designed to house multiple programs for the purpose of searching organic space after the end of the first game, meaning that in no way is it possible that Legion was that unit. It was built after Mass Effect 1, which took place well over 300 years after the Morning War.

I don't think that memory proves anything. It's just using a geth using a gun which resembles the Widow.

There seems to be a double standard regarding Miranda and Thane. Some people complained that Miranda got several arse shots purely for the purpose of pandering to part of the male fanbase. Yet every aspect of Thane's character was written to be fanservice for the female fanbase (the dev team for Mass Effect 2 even admitted that), yet there's been no complaints about that. Sounds like a big double standard to me.
