Shouldnt the organic mechanic also fall under the trope "calling a rabit a shemp"? I mean he would been known as a doctor or biologist in our time and his title does seem like something that a fulture car obsessed society would call a doctor.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWhere do you think Ms. Giddy goes? I'm going to stick her under The Citidel for now.
I'm don't really think Cheedo fits the 'Dirty Coward' trope. In the case where she wanted to run back to Immortan Joe, she had just seen one of her friends die (well, as good as die, since the injuries from the accident lead to her death), and was terrified that their race to freedom was going to go down the tube. And furthermore, before long she's back on board with everyone else, and by the end proves her mettle by what she does at the climax. I'd say the 'Despair Event Horizon' trope might work for her better in that instance where she wanted to give up.
Shouldn't Nux be under the main characters section with Max and Furiousa?
