I don't think they have enough character development for that. Plus, it's one thing to expand on game-characters with extra material but it's another to add characters in that people who've only played the games won't know
Should info be put up about the Screamer, in a 'dummied out' way? especially since his screams were re-used for the Hunter and some beleive his laughing was re-used for the Jockey...

I don't think there would be enough tropes for the Screamer to justify an entry in the characters article. No one knows what he was really like other than how he was supposed to run away and scream to alert the horde.
