Removed this:

Ms. Fanservice: Her affinity for dresses, skirts and the like frequently makes her this (especially in "Dear High School Self", "Dance Fever" & "Bicycle Thief").

Wearing dresses and skirts does not a Ms. Fanservice make. The trope is not "female character who shows any skin, period," that's People Sit On Chairs. It needs to be gratuitous stuff like frequent scenes in swimsuits, numerous instances of Male Gaze, etc.
