I don't think this counts as an example of the trope. Decomposite Character applies when one character is split into two in a new adaptation. Such as Connor Hawke being split into John Diggle Jr. (the one who became Connor) and William (Oliver Queen's son).
In Savitar's case, New 52 Future Flash didn't get split up into two characters at all. The good Barry Allen of the future is not the same character as the New 52 Future Flash. He doesn't share any traits from New 52 Future Flash, (he didn't kill the rogues, didn't go back in time to save Wally, didn't end up killing the present day Wally, didn't seal present Barry in the Speed Force .etc) In Arrowverse, there is only one character based off New 52 Future Flash and that is Savitar.

I guess I'm still just reeling from how the Future Flash who appears in "Once and Future Flash" , as mentioned in Mythology Gag from that page, seems to share the comic Future Flash's Freudian Excuse (Iris dead and Wally in a wheelchair, although the comic book versions are reversed). I'm convinced and even willing to have it taken out now.

At this point 2024 Barry is still too different from New 52 Future Flash. Season 3 Barry is pretty broken right now, but that doesn't make him a New 52 Future Flash adaptation either. If 2024 Barry does something more distinct like wanting/trying to go back in time to avert the Bad Future, then we'll count that as Decomposite Character.
Should Savitar's page be moved to the Arrowverse: Future Characters or Arrowverse: Metahumans page in light of the reveal?
At this point we know the "Speed Force God" thing is just an act and he's really just a future version of Barry wearing armor, so not sure really qualifies as an "entity" anymore.

I think it's best to move him over to Time Criminals like Eobard.
Future Characters is mainly for characters stuck in the future, while Metahumans get put on a different page if they have a smaller grouping.

No I don't think so, we don't know if there's anything of Zoom left in the Black Flash so I would treat them like different characters.
I think we should do a similar case with past Darhk and 2016 Darhk. Black Flash is no longer Hunter. Even if he originated from the same body, he's a very different character now.
