Mitsuki is potholed as Clingy Jealous Girl as opposed to Crazy Jealous Guy. The descriptions of those two tropes imply that it is more than just Girl vs Guy, as if Clingy Jealous Guy would be more appropriate than Crazy Jealous Guy.
