No; which namespace depends on the work pages themselves, it isn't the role of this list to specify it. Most of them are quite evident; for the few that are not so, it can be inquired in the forum.
Original Character Tournament ought to get its unnamespaced entries transferred here.

I'm thinking more of things like Walky Verse and Vandal Savage. Well, those aren't actually defined works, though they are some form of work pages. Verses and characters have come up in namespace discussions before, and we haven't got a solid solution yet, so they could go in their own folder until we find one. That means people can easily see the difference between what's going to be a quick move and what they will have to wait on.

Re cut request: Better to keep it as a way to keep track of possible future ill-namespaced page creations.
