resolved Peter and Company comic order
So...I had a question about Peter and Company. So not too long ago, I decided to include the existence of the original comic that began in 1998; I read most of it when it was available back in the day and recently started reading it elsewhere, and I made it the first tab selectable above the second one which had to do with the work of the current comic.
But now, I'm not so sure...should I reverse the order that I originally had it when I made the edit?
Edited by Stardust5099resolved Troper making spammy subpages Western Animation
Jd 100910 keeps making spammy subpages for stuff like Bubble Guppies and Peppa Pig, like
"NightmareFuel.Peppa Pig: Daddy Pig got startled by a giant fish."

Edited by lalalei2001resolved Questions about sandboxes
Is it considered okay if someone creates a work page by copying the content of a sandbox that a completely different user was working on?
I just saw that Literature.Demian was created by someone else using the contents I had written on Sandbox.Demian. I hadn't worked on the sandbox in a few months because I wanted to reread the book in order to write a good work's description (right now both the sandbox and Literature/ pages have almost no description).
I'm not upset about this, I'm rather kind of confused of what to do in this case.
I get if the user who created the page was tired of waiting for it to be an actual article, so I'm wondering if it's seen negatively if someone takes months on moving a sandbox to the correct namespace.
I'm curious about these things regarding sandbox etiquette.
resolved Post finder
Is there a feature that lets you see all the forum posts a user has made?
resolved Image Formatting
Been trying to look around, even googled it but got nothing. I wanted to verify among the community, is it possible to make images sit next to each other directly?
resolved What does POTN mean? Videogame
I've seen this acronym used in several video game-related pages, and it never links to anything nor does it have any accompanying explanation. What does POTN mean/stand for?
resolved Gravity YMMV example
On YMMV.Gravity, Etrebamort added a Memetic Mutation example that didn't have any sort of context. I commented out the example and sent them a ZCE notifier. They responded by saying (I'm paraphrasing here) that adding context would lean into Don't Explain the Joke, and then made the example visible again while potholing it to From Bad to Worse.
I'm posting this query to ask for permission to comment out the example again. Without context, an example just shouldn't be visible at all, regardless of what kind of joke it would ruin with it.
resolved 'Related' page question.
What does "Since January 1, 2012, this article has brought X people to the wiki from non-search engine links" mean? I've seen people in the TRS referring to this number as the inbound count but my first impression is that it means how many people visited the page from in-wiki links.
resolved Trope Link Redirection not working Anime
Hi, I'm trying to redirect to a trope page for a Yugioh Arc-V fanfiction, and am having an issue with it.
The trope is Fanfic/Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V The Six Dimensions, and when I try to put that into the page editor, it's appearing as a red link for some reason.
[[Fanfic/Yu-Gi-Oh Arc-V The Six Dimensions Trope]] is how it's supposed to be entered right?
Does anyone know what might be the issue here? I'm trying to redirect this from the Yugioh Arc-V Fan Fic Recs page.
resolvedTrolling in a WMG page? Western Animation
I found the WMG page for Mufasa: The Lion King and the entries there seem quite unserious to the point of feeling like trolling.
resolved Accidental duplicate work page
So... I just created WesternAnimation.Boop Oop A Doop today because I thought we didn't have a page for the cartoon.
Lo and behold, I just discovered WesternAnimation.Boop-Oop-A-Doop, with hypens. I didn't know we could, or would, put hyphens in the URL. Not when we have custom wikiwords.
My version has some tropes and other info not on the hyphenated version. I think we should add the missing info to one page and delete the other, but which one? I've already spent a lot of time crosswicking my version...
Edited by DrNoPumaresolved Sayaka sock?
Uenii is a new troper, who on their first day has three pages worth of edits, on pages frequent by a serial ban evader, and this edit being quite telling.
resolved Is this walkthrough mode? Videogame
On The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie, I removed a Do Well, But Not Perfect entry since it read like Walkthrough Mode. When I sent a notif to the troper, they argued that it was valid. I tried to say it still read as walkthrough and I can't rewrite it without making it such. Do I'm asking if the entry is walkthrough mode.
- Do Well, But Not Perfect: The final battle against Ishmelga, aka Zoa Gilstein. If you target his precise weak point, The AI will always dodge and counterattack. The key to winning the battle is to just hit him in the "wrong" position, which won't stagger him but will still hurt him.
resolved Do you need permission for creating subpages?
Because I am fairly new at this wiki, I have a question regarding creating new pages: if the page for a work on this wiki lacks a certain subpage (for example, a Funny page, or Recap page), do you need permission first before creating that respective page?

Does the Alien invasion trope applies when the invaders aren't classified as aliens, but as creatures from a fantasy world? Or is there a trope for that type of invasion specifically?
