Unpublished works belong on the Darth Wiki anyway but as there is zero evidence of this existing outside TV Tropes and its fork, I’d say this should be cut listed.
Google search for muta heart video game turns up nothing, the TVT page hasn't been edited since 2014, I think you're safe to cutlist this one.

^ It's not a "hoax" page. It's a troper work. A nonexistent troper work, but still. You can't say the Darth Wiki pages I've made for my unpublished works exist anywhere on the internet or anywhere but in my own head, but that doesn't mean they're hoax pages.

I think it means one that lacks notability, though I'm not sure.
I can't find any evidence that Muta Heart actually exists and on the Troper Works page it says it isn't published yet. It hasn't been edited in years. I think Awesome Zombie 22 created it, but they haven't been active since 2014.
