At the time of writing, both drafts you mentioned have 4 bombs, one hat, and created earlier today. I've given my reasons for why they don't work note .
Also, I'm fairly certain that the only hat is from the troper who created these drafts (hatting your own draft when it's in such poor condition is not something that should be done).
Edit: I've found two
more drafts made by this troper. Both of them also appear to have been hatted by the same troper.
Looking over their edits, they also have issues with grammar, formatting, and ZCE. For example, this page they made has constant capitalization issues.
EDIT: Never mind that, I think they were already edit banned for those issues, but the TLP is still a problem, especially when their suspension is for creating stub work pages and now they're making stub trope drafts.
This is why TLP should be banned whenever editing is. People always make the same mistakes.

I don't see any of the mods having released Adembergz's suspension. Are they trying to get around it with TLP?
He was last in the Eb thread over a week ago, and a mod reminded them that they hadn't addressed their issues yet.

Um, well, shit. They also rogue-launched Factory Game according to the launch log, however being that they're edit banned, the launch failed.
Wow, really? In that case, +1 to making it so a wiki ban also automatically applies a TLP ban.
How can an edit banned troper even launch a trope?
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
They can't. They literally cannot. They can press the button, but as you can see, they physically can't launch the trope. The trope gets trapped in limbo.
Edit: I should note I made a wishlist query about the "automatic TLP ban" thing. I'd rather this focus on the troper.

I've already bombed his proposed tropes for the reasons listed above, and tried to send him a message in a reply advising to please learn how to draft a proposed trope instead of throwing up these barely-there efforts. Based on all the comments above, I doubt if he'll pay heed. I personally think this troper needs a temporary suspension and a stern warning from a Mod to at least put some effort into proposals. We've got nearly 400 pages of proposals already, most of which aren't going to launched.

I think the edit banned code should just remove the launch button, period, so it doesn't show up, and auto-unlaunch a trope if the person managed to do it through the URL.

Adembergz has been repeatedly creating stub drafts with no examples (or sometimes no description), and then instead of working on them, they just make more.

And guys, please don't go and mass-bomb these drafts. I'm not making this report to bring unnecessary attention to garbage drafts that can just be mod-nuked.
