Broadly it is Can't Get Away with Nuthin' (one drink = get pulled over for drunk driving, sex once = pregnant etc)

Of note is that something happening a lot in real life doesn't make it not a trope. In fact, some, such as Stupid Crooks or Didn't Think This Through, are so common in real life that real life examples aren't allowed because they'd dominate the pages.

Does anyone see a trope in "I Was Only Here For A Minute".? I've found it's commonly used in fiction when someone illegally parks, or parks in a handicapped parking space, and gets caught.
Might be too Real Life to be a trope, or too close to Selective Obliviousness or Comedic Sociopathy.
