Surprise could be covered by Eye Take but I wouldn't know about anger.

Maybe, but this is more specific than that. Here's a sample, to give you an idea. It's from the 1998 version of The Parent Trap:
- (The twins trick Meredith into the middle of a lake, resulting in her getting sopping wet and seething)Nicholas: What's going on?Meredith: Here's what's going on, buddy: the day we get married is the day I ship those BRATS off to Switzerland! Get the picture? It's me or them. Take your pick.Nicholas: Them.Meredith: (eyes widen in disbelief) Excuse me?!Nicholas: T-H-E-M, them. (beat) Get the picture?

Yep, that'd be an ideal example of an Eye Take. Also covers angry expressions of this sort, which are usually "surprised anger" ala Big "WHAT?!"
This is a trope where people express surprise or anger by widening their eyes. It may or may not lead to a Death Glare (or worse).
Not to be confused with Wide Eyes and Shrunken Irises, as that is more about being terrified.
