Added my opinion to the discussion page and trimmed some stuff you readded that's more Audience Reaction-related. Let's just discuss the page more instead, this is something that can be hashed out without edit warring. YMMV potholes should for the most part not be in the description, and a lot of the description did display some things in an opinionated light (i.e. "unfortunately, CN Real happened", "fortunately it died" as a paraphrase). I kept Periphery Demographic because it's an exception; the description itself pointed out that the network was intentionally trying to invoke it.

I didn't see him adding any subjectives, just deleting a ridiculous amount of the description instead of trying to reword it without the potholes. For one, CN Real was completely deleted while the other major channel blocks remained mentioned.

So it's a poorly enforced rule i guess. And shouldn't Network Decay be there too as it is "invoked"...then again, i always thought Network Decay is more of a Trivial Fact.

And yet despite the hopes of a truce, the edit war still continues. Apparently he was not happy with your edits either. What gives? We really could use mod intervention here.

I've suspended IM Boring. This is the second time he's been pulled up on ATT for pulling valid material. Last time I tried the PM approach and he didn't deign to respond.

CN Real existed and seems to be worth mentioning. I can see how "a huge backlash from the animation community and older fans prompted a return to the network's signature "cartoon" programming." could be construed as shading into (negative) opinion. But I thought there was broad agreement that this occurred.

Talking about negative fan reactions is ticklish territory and I'm not 100% sure I'm accurately relating site policy. My sense is that we don't want to join in with bashing, speak for "all fans", or shy away from saying there was a negative reaction when that's pertinent info.
