Wow, it's very military-focused, but from the fourth paragraph it does suggest that it can apply to non-military situations, too. The laconic also doesn't mention the military.

Thank goodness, I found this. I was just about to edit an entry just because it didn't have military applications. There should definitely be a page or announcement that reminds everyone: "When in Doubt; ask the Tropers."
Is Gender Is No Object just for military settings, or societies in general? In my writing, the cultures have no gender construct - no gendered language, no gendered clothing, no separate roles for men and women in society... but the stories don't involve anything military. Where does that fit?
