I would just cut it as a stub. There's no real content left. Maybe message the creator/last editor first and see if they are still active?
I'll just cut it then. The creator made it in February '17, then had no activity at all until December '17, and none since and a grand total of seven edits, three of which were this page.
There's a lot of inbounds (over 350), but I'll leave that call to the mods

Characters.Bokura Wa Minna Kawaisou is a stub. What examples it did have were either removed for no longer being tropes or ZCE. It even had template sample text on the top before I removed it.
It hasn't otherwise been seriously edited since last September. Should it go to the Cut List or should I see about that can be moved from the at first glance fine Manga.Bokura Wa Minna Kawaisou?
I don't know the series, just something I came across on a Wiki Walk.
