Also what would the trope be if a person fills the role of a priest in a wedding in spite of not being a priest because an actual priest isn't available.

First one: Do You Want to Copulate? can pop up at any point- the key facet is the "out of the blue" and/or totally nonchalant part.

When a character out of the blue says they'll have sex with someone similar to Do You Want to Copulate? but not used as a greeting.
