Some of those examples might also fit as a non-comedic version of Arkham's Razor... basically that there's an obvious answer, therefore that can't be the case.

Is there a trope for when you realize the bad guy, or guilty party, has to be that one person who is the only character we've been introduced to that isn't the obvious choice - because everyone in the show thinks its the obvious one, but a plot twist just HAS to be coming eventually? I'm thinking of a few hundred Law and Order episodes...but also how in a movie like Wonder Women there are only two male characters developed enough to turn out to be Ares and one is just too obviously a red herring.
