That's what it sounds like to me, too.
I remember a cartoon i use to watch, the caracters kinda look like cardboard it was an old brother and a little sister i think she had two pig tails. One op the épisodes was where they had the flu and it was acutally a person and it was in the basement what i remember also is at the end they get a post card from him and he's on the beach please can someone help me
