Well depend on the impact, if he can still do the same feat he always did it's either No-Sell or Informed Flaw, if he underperforms but still win it's a Drama-Preserving Handicap, like he could do it faster if he was in great shape, and if he loses it's Worf Had the Flu
I think Drama-Preserving Handicap is closest to what I wanted. Possibly mixed with Brought Down to Badass.
Is there a trope where a badass character has had their strength limited in some way (drugged, illness, power limiter) but is still much stronger than was expected and still outfighting their forces? Like a strong character is drugged but still doing exceptional feats of strength. Or a character with exceptional intelligence with an inhibitor in place is still at least twice as smart as everyone. Not necessarily showing how much indomitable will the character has as that they are just that powerful and maybe never shows it.
