Really depends on the place magic has in the series. I would say Supernatural Fiction would be what you're looking for (that's basically the "real world, but with magic" catch all). You might be able to narrow it down to Like Reality, Unless Noted, or Magic Realism.

The setting of Urara Meirocho is Meiji Restoration-era Japan, by Word of God. But this universe has gods that speak to people, and this is why people can do divination.
I previous categorized this as wutai, being the closest in description, but seeing "being within a Medieval European Fantasy universe" requirement is a problem. Fantasy Counterpart Culture also doesn't seem a good enough fit since "being in Japan" is obvious.
So, what is it?
