If you click the image on Alcohol Hic or had a look at ImageSource.Web Comics you would see that it comes from Slightly Damned

(LATE REPLY) After searching a bit, I found it! Thanks! (It's also page 30)
most Aishas have collars with the letter 'A' on them. The Darigan-colored one has a 'D' instead, and the Snot-'colored' one has an S.
