Yes. I mean what we see is a woman and her baby melted into a bloody mess graphically while Body Horror is more about having your body parts switched for example. The picture just keeps haunting me
But I also find a possible replacement as I mentioned above, but of course I will discuss it in the right thread later
I think the current image sums up Body Horror in Anime perfectly, if I'm honest. Clicking on a trope with 'horror' in the title is at one's own risk, surely?

Being "melted into a bloody mess graphically" is also what Body Horror is about. We can't change a qualifying image just because one person finds it uncomfortable

I think we should replace the image of the Anime & Manga. The one that is used from Barefoot Gen is too gruesome and nightmarish in my opinion. I’ve been thinking about one from My Hero Academia - it is All For One’s “Omni-Factor Unleash”, a move where he releases all of his quirks and mutates into a giant mess of flesh. What do you say?
