Going back into their forum history, they were trying to nominate Bear Thief as far back as 2017
with similarly broken-English posts. So unless they've been trolling about the character for six years...
That also doesn't explain the edit history being perfectly fine. Their only forum posting history has been involving the CM thread (the old one and the new one).

Anyone else just get a very rambly and bizarre PM from them or was it just me? Considering I've never spoken to the guy IDK why they decided to hit me up, but they did.
Edit: It seems they deleted their account so maybe it's moot, but like, felt it was worth noting.

Elegy Of The Forsaken recently posted on the Complete Monster Proposal Thread
a character named Bear Thief, who is well below the heinous standard of Dragon Ball villains (simply wanting to kill Goku and threatening to eat him, which pales in comparison to the likes of Freeza, Piccolo, Vegeta, Buu just to name a few). In addition in the EP they put under redeeming qualities a list of the guys voice actors and the EP and subsequent posts have rather strange declarations like "I'm so happy" out of the blue.
This has been a wonk of theirs that they've been at for a while, most recently they made a few scattered posts about the character in 2017.
This is not the only reason I am reporting them however. If the strange EP was all they had, I wouldn't bother, however their edit history
, is very competent. Looking at random edits they've done, they're very articulate and explains things rather well (although they do seem to have a thing for describing people dropping their glasses and crawling around blindly on all fours), with the exception of an edit they did rather recently on Nov 3rd (which adds a bunch of quotes around the word glasses). Which makes me suspect that their EP today and subsequent posts were a troll job.
