What was strange about the doll?

The Doll had dead black eyes and didn't give off much of a reaction and only showed a snot bubble as it slept during the credits
I have this memory of an anime where the characters were all sleeping at night during one of the credits...
The anime in question had a guy with a strange doll and the credits end with the guy and the strange doll waking up to a new day.
