For No Export for You, it additionally should note why is it unusual for it to not be released there, for example the rest of the series do having localized releases in those countries (if they do).

Somebody written an example about My Little Pony: Rainbow Roadtrip is banned in some Western European countries, such as France, Germany and Italy on Banned in China page, but I checked for proof online and found nothing. I think that the special wasn't banned, just weren't aired on those countries (as of 2023). It should be on No Export for You instead. Here's my example for the page:
