Did you outright copypaste the game's summary from Wikipedia or Steam?

Two Point Campus

One of the main reasons it can happen is if there were enough tropes, but after clearing the ZCE it goes back below three. Or the page is made by a ban evader. Or plagiarism. Or someone added it to the cutlist by mistake and it wasn't reviewed properly.

Looked at the page history. You indeed had three tropes, but two of them ran afoul of our rules for Creating a Work Page for an Upcoming Work: they didn't cite which promotional materials you got the information from. That brought it down to stub territory. The forum thread for that is here.

The information came from Steam and Two Point Games website. How do I properly cite these sources if creating a page while the work is still "upcoming"?

You have to say, in the example, where the information comes from.

Yes. For a variety of reasons (upcoming works can (a) mislead people in promotional material, intentionally or unintentionally, (b) change drastically from the initial announcement (c) be cancelled late in production), you cannot trope upcoming works as the 'final product'. You can only trope the promotional materials ahead of release (trailers, posters, gameplay showcases, soundtracks, etc.), because these are 'final products', and you have to mention which promotional material you are troping. (This information is all in the links I posted above.)

This is not negotiable. You are free to remake the page as long as it follows these rules.

Also check the Red Link policy; we do not consider them automatically wrong.

Sounds like waiting for release makes things a lot easier...
