Faints in Shock isn't locked, though. Are we allowed to have singular/plural redirects? I know that US/Commonwealth spellings and Gendered variants are allowed, but I thought that those were the extent of it.
It's a different tense redirect, not a plural redirect. And yes, the page itself isn't locked, but Main/ as a whole doesn't allow new pages to be created except by moderators or through TLP.

^^ Redirect requests go through the locked pages thread. Some plural redirects are allowed. See Creating New Redirects for info.

...And since TLP disallows redirects, yeah, we're stuck with using Locked Pages.
