The Schtick / Cheese. It's like they are trying so hard to be funny that when they fail at it (Which IMHO they do more of then than not) it makes the whole thing really uncomfortable to watch.
On The Dom, I've finally caught up to all his stuff. I like him, but I really wish he could go into more details a lot of the time. He's been improving on this - his Blade Runner episode was amazing (And even included some funny short skits like the ones covering Mercerism and how nonplussed people are about it being a fraud.)
I haven't yet watched I Raws. I've enjoyed Brandon Tenold and his complete lack of skits is welcomed after Shark Jumping.
Some Jerk with a Camera's three-part Back to the Future commentary, starring Bob Gales, Bob Gales, Bob Gales, and my dog.
Ohh is this one of his crazy commentaries? I love the randomness of them
" I did the right thing, didn't I? It all worked out in the end." "In the end? Nothing ends, Adrian. Nothing ever ends."Half-crazy, half-serious.
For those who don't follow The Dom on youtube
Even knowing that the nerd fanbase of the site isn't likely to pick Twilight, it would be far more interesting to talk about what changed in adaptation in Harry Potter as there's a lot to be condensed for the new medium. Twilight has the opposite problem of having so little actual action that the filmakers have to invent stuff from wholecloth to fill the runtime or to maintain the audience's interest.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Well last I checked before he hid the polls's answer on Facebook, Potter was winning by a landslide.
Sadly.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.I'm not exactly a fan of Harry Potter. Never have been.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Understandable, though I disagree.
I fail to see how Twilight would be any better, though.
Oh God! Natural light!Yeah even if you're not a HP fan the transition from book to screen for Harry Potter would be more interesting to look at that for Twilight at least.
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.Especially considering the fact that the Harry Potters film started long before the books were completed note , so combined with the sheer amount of stuff the films leave out this leads to a kind of insane adaptation.
That guy who films at parks tackles the movie filmed at parks.
Fun fact regarding the upcoming parts of this review: It seems we might get a cameo from someone involved in the movie.

Just a person. He/him.Now that'll be a twist.
I imagine it's gonna be in a scene parodying his own scene in the movie.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. Some Jerk seeks to escape from Escape From Tomorrow.
Pop Quiz Hotshot returns! And this time, the contestants clearly don't care about giving right answers and mostly just goof off. It works, since they're really funny. (Especially Mitchel, who's the first contestant so far that I wouldn't mind seeing in CA productions on a regular basis.)
Just a person. He/him.I disagree. Mitchell was annoying. I could tell he was purposely getting most of the answers wrong just to be funny and it got old very quickly.
This show needs a lot of improvement. I'd start with getting rid of those completely pointless Spazzie cartoons. What purpose do they serve?
I'm sure someone here got what the spazzies were in reference to, but I can't remember what they said. I'm fine with them, but you can't really beat Snob's lampshading. Regardless, glad the show is back, I missed it.
The spazzies are obnoxious and alienating. No, I won't stop harping on that.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here. Not another CA Star Wars video? Indeed.
The escape. The battle. The triumphant return.
Shark Jumping can be hit and miss, but when they hit, they hit hard. Check out the Liz & Dick review, it’s hilarious!
“I’m so bored!” seriously needs Memetic Mutation.
