The only possible reference to it that comes to mind is the Succubus class' main evility, and that's really just a universal quirk.

Anyway, just came across this. It seems like Asagi still doesn't have all that much of a role story-wise, as the article apparently labels her as some kind of secret dungeon boss alongside most-everyone's favorite goody-two-shoes and dieting vampire.

Custom maps also make a return, though hopefully this time they at least nerf the prices so that DLC isn't basically required in order to make a particularly good one.

I wonder what Laharl's reaction will be when he turns into the one of the two things he really hates (i.e. a woman with a sexy body).

OK the gameplay looks kinda fun, if not more "actiony" than I was expecting (in before "no shit, haven't you been paying any attention to the info on the other games?")

Plutia's voice is cuuuttteee. I do like the contrast between her voice and Iris Heart's voice. Like night and day.

...Also, the official English site updated a whole bunch since the last time someone commented, but no one cares any more apparently. News ain't news unless it comes from a news site I guess.

That would be my fault. I thought since I always covered the Japanese version information that the only thing people cared for from the English version was gameplay. Sorry about that.

Seems they're keeping PC as PC. Weird.

I did notice one thing from the English site that I thought was clever.

Noire isn't a CPU at the start of the game, and becomes one over the course of the story. Nice touch I guess, seeing as the Playstation wasn't a thing in the 80s, but she still doesn't fit the setting. But I understand not wanting to ax a major character for silly reasons, so eh.

I am still amused at how Iris Heart is the Master System and White Heart is the Famicom.

What, they couldn't find a witty way to call her a TurboGrafx-16?

If I recall, that is what folks thought PC was in the first place, due to them not knowing that the TurboGrafx was called the PC Engine in Japan.

Slightly unrelated, I'm kinda disappointed that there seems to be no over-the-top Totally Radical dialogue outside of the odd phrase from Neptune.

It may be in the full game. We only got a glimpse of it so it may show up later down the line.

Don't see how that's related to whether or not there's any Totally Radical dialogue.

I love game mods. Nepgear, Uni, Rom and Ram go around shooting Starwars Battle Droid zombies with Japanese voices on. Now I only hope those people can mod Dynasty Warriors 7 once it hits the PC (wink wink nudge nudge).
