Yeah I'm thinking it's either a proper collectors item or a very expensive custom build.
Oh really when?Says you. You can find that stuff on the black market in Juarez. Getting it back across the border however is a lot trickier.

USSOCOM Issues Warning About EOTechs, Sights Do Not Live Up To Claims
Recently, the SOF WPMO at NSWC Crane has issued a warning about EO Tech optics, saying that they experience problems with temperature sensitivity and shifting zero. Soldier Systems.net reports (only a portion of the article is duplicated below, please click through and read the whole thing):
Although it’s the last one we uncovered, we’ll begin with the most glaring piece of information. On 14 September, the SOF Weapons Program Management Office at NSWC Crane released a Safety of Use Message regarding issues with EO Tech’s Enhanced Combat Optical Sights (ECOS), which is how they refer to HWS. This certainly caught our attention as the PMO is responsible for USSOCOM weapons. That message ultimately serves as the linchpin, tying together the other two issues we’ll soon address.

No TFB, no there is not. This guy in the pic simply didn't have enough hands to also hold his Mosin Nagant and DP-28 in the same frame on top of all that.
Because reloading when under fire is for pussies.

Schild und Schwert der ParteiYeesh, everybody knows that the clip gets inserted with the bullets pointing up, how else are they supposed to go up and into the barrel?
Couple new things from the firearm blog most of us go to get stuff to post ()
First, there's this belt-fed 9mm Parabellum upper for the AR-15 platform.

A thousand rounds down the barrel and no stoppages? Not bad.
Secondly, there's yet another double-barrelled pump action shotgun, this time it's from LAV. This one's better in that you don't have to take your mitts off of the weapon's control surfaces if you want to fire off all of the rounds.

I think the West might officially be overmatched.
Not just yet, we all know the Russians can build better kit than us if they really wanna put their mind to it but lets see them actually hand it out to every nobody in the RGF.

It really does seem the Balkan states and their neighbors are the place to be for all kinds of reasonably up-to-date firearms at reasonable prices and no questions asked.

How are Russian-Croatian relations right now?
Oh really when? The article pointed out that a large quantity of rifles were sold to Iraqi government forces and were in use by Kurds.
So, it was probably captured, traded, sold, or similar.
