A magical talisman fashioned from a small ziploc bag filled with chopped wiring, fiberglass shavings, cropped human nails, and an unidentified unguent. Anyone who wears it is granted the power to cause pain in in every living being within line of sight. However, the effect is not debilitating, as the worst pain that can be inflicted amounts to moderate discomfort. Notes recovered along with the artifact implies that its creator had to use lesser substitutes instead of the proper components.
