Why am I getting the feeling like this has come up somewhere before?
Anyway, I think the first picture suggested is alright.
I guess the image actually is applicable (I misread the part where it doesn't want to eat humans, it actually wants to be eaten), but I still find it very graphic and disturbing.
I'm getting a lot more from GIS when searched "Suicide Food" [1]◊ [2]◊
This one here also shares the same "Pig serving himself" theme but is slightly more comedic than the Original Image [3]◊. This one as well, although it's only moderately less disturbing than the original image [4]◊

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. It's not that graphic, those aren't intestines, that's just sausage.
Fight smart, not fair. It's still pretty disturbing though, especially since he's actually shown chopping out part of his stomach and serving it on a tray. I mean, if the image was at least trying to be comedic, I could understand the validity in using something like this but it's clearly not trying to be funny. It's like borderline NSFW.
Besides, what do we have to gain from showing him mutilating himself that any of the proposed "after" images don't do? To me it's simply a very awkward and nauseating image that could be easily replaced with something better.

Fight smart, not fair.I've changed the thread name to reflect that the page image is not "not very applicable"
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.This whole concept is Snark Bait. I'd recommend the Chicken Delight ad with a caption somewhere along the lines of "come on, eat me!"
... or, alternatively, some variety of snark other than to imply Accidental Innuendo. o.o
Anyone see the Clucky the Chicken commercials from Saturday Night Live? They provide a nice lampshading of this.
Oh that was fun [1]. I'm having trouble finding an exact scene though.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Kind of small, but here's Homer pulling bacon off a pig.
I think that's a little different than what the trope is about. The trope is that the food/animals are given consciousness and actually want to be eaten.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.I realize this doesn't actually add much, but, it seems like so far the current page image remains the best option.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Maybe the first, or first and second panels, from this?
OK, I don't mind the current picture, but that comic is hilarious.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdI'm fine with current pic.

Perhaps its just my natural squeamishness but I find the image for Let's Meet the Meat of a pig graphically cutting his own insides and serving them on a plate very disturbing, to say the least.
For your consideration, I offer these preliminary images [1]◊ [2]◊
