Well, for the past several months he's been in the top or near-top tier of WWE's Cruiserweight Division, but he has yet to become the Cruiserweight Champion.
His signature move is a hellacious headbutt that knocks both him and his opponent for a loop.
I'm guessing "Cruiserweight" is somewhere around the middle? Probably closer to light?
What's his stage character like?

In pro wrestling (or at least WWE), Cruiserweight is 205 lbs. and under.
Heavyweight, by comparison, is said to be 240 lbs. and over. (with under 240 being Light Heavyweight, and over 300 being Super Heavyweight)
...or at least, in the Create-A-Wrestler mode on video games I've played, that's the distinction they make.
Cruiserweights tend to be high-flying (read: impressively agile) Fragile Speedster-type characters.
As for Gentleman Jack's character, well.... they call him "The Extraordinary Gentleman", and he's about as Edwardian-era British as you can get — which makes him look like a joke, until he ties you into a human pretzel. You can learn a bit more here, about halfway down the page
