Here. Nepgear, Vert and Blanc. They're fairly unique civs. Also, Madoka Magica civs, the Vocaloids, MGS civs, and more. Vicevirtuoso is actually an excellent modder.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariYeah, I got a lot of his mods. Do you often have crash issues using them, btw? I'm not sure how much my game crashing is due to his mods, the evangelion mod, or the Arturia mod.
Also, the one time I played the Vert mod, I started the game with a settler and no workers. Of course, that might be because I raised the game difficulty as high as it would go...

My game crashes every other time I try to go to the main menu after loading mods, yes.
It's generally not a bother, though, as Civ V has only crashed the once during actual gameplay, and given that none of Vicevirtuoso's civs were in play at the time, I'm hesitant to say they might have caused it. Not to mention, I'm also using a mod that adds lots of buildings.
Also, dood, you always start with a settler and no workers. Just a settler and a warrior The ones that start with a worker are the AI on the higher difficulties (I think King and Above gives the AI a free worker).

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariReally? Either I play with the difficulty too low or with only mods too often...
My advice is to never go below Prince.
Even at Prince, the game is laughably easy.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari"Well, class," Konoemon sighed, "we got it already, you don't like Fate-kun as a replacement for Negi-kun, and he doesn't like you either, and since this arrangement is obviously making everyone unhappy, we've decided to give you a new substitute teacher."
Everyone clapped, Fate most of all.
Konoemon rasped. "You don't have to look so happy over my admission of a personal mistake in judgement, you know. Anyway, please welcome your new teacher."
A tall, drop-dead gorgeous fifteen-years old with long raven locks and green eyes stepped in. "Good afternoon, I'm Ichiro Bloodborne, half-human, half-vampire former classmate of Setsuna-chan in the Shinmeiryuu, and I'll be rooming with Asuna and Konoka, and I've got a dark, mysterious and tragical past I have been adviced never to share with you so please don't ask, although maybe if we make a Pactio, and... are you in love with me yet?"
The girls all pulled their offensive Artifacts out and used them on him all at once, obliterating him immediately.
"Please, Grandpa, stop bringing those awful carboard Original Characters, will you?" Konoka complained. "You can do better than this!"
"— how about your great-grandson from the future who is actually a test tube baby made from Negi-kun's genetic material?" the Headmaster asked.
So the girls attacked him next.

Okay, I almost thought that was a real character for a moment. The Bloodborne name sounds really familiar for some reason. But still, I lol'd.
Yeah, that was pretty funny.
There's a game called Bloodborne.

That's your average Harry Potter powertrip fanfic, by the by.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariRemove the words "Harry Potter" and I'll believe you.
Rather than smart, I'd prefer to be wise. It would let me be silly more often. You just reminded me of the pen name that I coined for Negi.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I'd actually like to think that in the off chance Negi read Harry Potter, he'd be too busy critiquing how its magic and mages work instead of reading the actual story. Kind alike how Paleontologists react to...everything about Jurassic Park.
The hilarious part is that he'd focus on the differences between magic in the HP verse and the Negimaverse that he'd probably be completely unable to remember a single thing about the plot itself.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIn-universe, Mages react to Harry Potter the way vampires react to Twilight: Research Fail Rage.
Their opinions on the fanfiction is even worse.
Pretty much every magic system would inspire nerdrage in the mages prone to that sort of thing. Only thing that makes Potter worse than some is the pseudo Latin.
The thing is, I don't see Negi going into nerd rage, more like, him going "this is wrong, this is also wrong, this is even wronger, and this is wrongest, oh, that's wrong too", and grading it like a school paper.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThen another walked in and the girls obliterated that one too. Then the next, and the next who doubled as a Toolruto, and so on for no matter how many you destroy another will only appear to take its place.
Go back to Camelot and take your clones with you!
I think Fate and Negi would have a pretty tense stand off in the off chance that they liked a series that one loved and the other hated. I mean, look what happened with Tea/Coffee.
Though I think Asuna would ultimately continue to hate Fate's guts forever and ever. There's probably a good reason why the two hardly interacted after the MM arc concluded, and Akamatsu didn't want to bother with that little factoid.

"Hey, Asuna, I want you to spend your last months of life under the stern guidance of the person who kidnapped you, held you captive in a humiliating way, and was going to sacrifice your life without ever apologizing afterwards."
RE Civ V and difficulty: the AI in the Civilization series is honestly not very good at the game. Going all the way back to Civ 2 and Alpha Centauri, it never seems to understand the importance of building tile improvements and infrastructure. I've been playing Civ Beyond Earth recently, and the AI will actually trade away cities in exchange for a strategic resource that's sitting unimproved in the territory of that city.
The Community Patch makes the AI a million times more challenging.
That, and playing with 150 natural wonders and 400 resources on the map. That helps too.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariApologies if this has been posted before. I found a nice Fan Pactio design for Kaede. Chain Pain Ninja Fox Girl anyone?

I don't build them, I buy them. And what mod has Nepgear? I only have Neptune. Or is it new? I haven't been looking recently.
