As she ushered them in, they saw a man's form leaning over that of a petite girl with dark hair. And they all froze. Those two caught in the act looked back, uneasily.
Chisame would have thought Setsuna's sempai would have reached him first, with her being a trained expert fighter and all that, but she only scored a close-but-no-cigar second in the race for the adult man and the still underage girl.
And then Naru punched Godel in the face.
... Come to think of it, the only time she ever tried to be actually aggressive with her affection towards Negi (e.g. seek a kiss from him) is during the "Negi War" just before the London trip. The original "Kiss Negi pillow fight" contest doesn't count because it wasn't her idea, it was an active competition between most of the class, and everyone else was going after the same prize, so she'd be stupid to not join in and try beating them all to the punch before his first kiss is stolen from her.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. What about that one time where she put his face in the middle of her breasts? That doesn't count?
"Please crush me with your heels Esdeath-sama!It was genuine, with some layers of her Shotacon attitude in it. Thing is I always found it odd that she had never interacted with kids before and yet she seems to have a reputation as a Shotacon. Just jarring the idea of Negi being the first kid she's actually met.
"Negi war"?

During the Kyoto trip.
The last few hours have had me trying to figure out how a Xenogears crossover would work.
Fate Grand Order players will know me as Ryusei-Go.No, because from what she says and how she behaves in later panels, it's almost certain that she's momentarily oblivious to the implications of the position they're in due to a combination of her being overjoyed at being able to play big sister to a boy who embodies her vision of the ideal younger brother that she never got to have, and him being just a little kid.
No, the Kyoto trip one is the "Kiss Negi pillow fight" that I mentioned — you know, the one where Yue "cheats" by "loading" her pillows with big books. I specifically noted that the "Negi War" is the one just before the class go to London — you know, the one where Anya desperately tries to stop the girls from having their way with Negi (OK, it wasn't that bad, but she sure looked to be believing that was what they wanted!).
... Xenogears crossover?

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Welp, I finally dropped UQ Holder for now. Time to see how much my mood will improve knowing I've cut as many ties as I can with that thing.
I know I won't be visiting its thread anymore, at least. You can't even complain on how it screws Negima without stepping on someone's sensitive toes.
While I was banned, I was forced to stop talking about it... and the interest faded entirely. So, if you don't bring it up constantly in the thread, it can be very easily ignored. It's not like there's anything about it that would draw the Negima crowd in, given that even Evangeline is there in name only, and... kind of not even then.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariGoes by a different name, appearance, and personality. She's mainly Evangeline by reputation. And it's probably Touta's fault.
Not even at her worst did Evangeline deserve that. Poor gal.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI know there might be some holes here! but bear with me.
Come on, I still see a bit of the old Eva in there.
"Ah, that's okay I'll stay at Yukihi...I mean Evangeline's place," said Touta waving it off.
Takahata and Konoemon look at each other worriedly.
"Um, are you sure about this?" asked the bespectacled teacher.
Grinning, Touta nodded. "Yeah, I mean I've lived with her before, how hard could it be?"
"Well..." said Komoemon uncertainly. "If you're sure..."
"Great! I'll go and tell Kuromaro the good news and tell Eva also!" said Touta, walking out of the office before either teacher could stop him.
"I'm worried about that kid," muttered Takahata.
(Fifteen minutes later)
"Konoe-sensei, help please!" pleaded Kuromaro as he dragged the block of ice with his best friend still inside it, grinning like an idiot.
Konoemon sighed, he should have seen this coming. Not just that but there weren't any fire mages nearby. "Shizuna-kun, bring a hair drier and some coffee, it's going to be a long night."

Should HAVE.
What you hear as "should of" or "would of" is actually a should'VE. And this stands for "should HAVE". I mean, geez, don't you people learn Future Perfect?
Still probably Touta's fault.

Rather than smart, I'd prefer to be wise. It would let me be silly more often. Are you blaming Touta for my grammatical errors?
... Probably.
...
Yes, I think I do.
Rather than smart, I'd prefer to be wise. It would let me be silly more often.@The Nobody
You'd be surprised to know that yeah, most people don't actually learn how to talk right, because people assume they'll just learn on their own. Funny, that.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIndeed. And yet, they still come across as more intelligent than those that don't learn basic addition and subtraction correctly. Last night, I spoke with someone who was angry because, after adding $15 to his previously empty account and spending $2.11, he had less than $13 dollars in his account. I had to walk this moron through his expenditures one by one, and I'm fairly certain he still didn't get it when he finally hung up.

Not the quote I was looking for, but it is the best I can find at the moment.
Once I finish work for the day, I might search the internets and post the proper quote. And maybe a snippet too.
Madman with a box? I'm a madman with a semi, a pretzel bender and a Heart of Gold!It would help if more than half your points were direct connections between the two rather than ~implying~.
Nous restons ici.Implying Akamatsu will ever have the guts to actually outright make most things clear, much like he did with Negima itself.
But the intent is clear; one way or another, he's actively screwed Negima and its fanbase while sloppily handling his new project.
@Marq yes. For some reason I read a lets play of Xenogears and for some reason I found myself wondering how Chachamaru meeting Emerelda would go.
Fate Grand Order players will know me as Ryusei-Go.By the by, Archivist, I should thank you for recommending Toriko to me. SO MUCH BRO in that series.
^Is Toriko that good?
"I like it that much" would probably be a safer answer. If nothing else, it's definitely worth reading the couple of volumes to see if it catches your fancy.
No. You will not be scolded for that.
