Can someone remind me which Negima one-shot/ficlet was it that had Tsukuyomi being Touko's relative? I remember it involving a Spot Of Tea or somesuch at a table, maybe with some third girl/woman who also bears an uncanny resemblance to the other two characters.

I'm guessing you're either trolling us, or Temptress is Chisame from the Negimaru route, not the Unequally route or the canon route.
It's impossible to say without spoiling far too much, but...

Funny how you'd mention Fate Extra, however, because another of the Servants there and their nature might give you a hint. Not, Temptress is none of them, but rather, she's kinda like one of them. In a way.
