Had an idea last night that might be a fun addition to the rules. (I was going to propose it as a Forum Game, but am afeared of getting it all shitposted to death.)
Before posting your part, go to a random trope page (hit "random" again if you get a work or Predefined Message) and incorporate that trope into your post somehow (even if it's barely a nod).
But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold.

<mod hat>'
For what purpose, pray tell?
I'm locking this. If the OP wants it open again, just holler.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

I picked up this idea from a writing class a few years ago, the concept is simple:
- One writer begins with a 4 to 5-sentence intro, to set the premise of the story, and it usually starts out fairly normal(so-and-so going to work, so-and-so eating lunch...et cetera)
- We take turns writing a paragraph, each one getting weirder and more nonsensical than the next
- It ends either as though nothing happened or as much of a mind screw as the preceding paragraphs
The general objective is to write the strangest story to grace(or disgrace) the Wiki. Anyone interested?
