I'm kinda avoiding the city right now, long story short, I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and they assumed I was an assassin. Which I'm not, by the way, just want to keep that clear."

Thank you, took a look at the map.

Turn 37

First time posts for this session require you to state a race and class of a Dnd/Fantasy RPG variety. This is an RTD with some continuity and I want to make sure you don't show up with space-themed stuff when that doesn't fit with the general theme. I also recommend reading through my previous posts to get a sense of how I run things and some of the things you don't want to do. You'll also get a sense of the stuff that's going on by doing so.

Trip: (3) After your statement, the kobold captain says, "True, we seem to be safe for now, but it wouldn’t be wise to linger here for too long. I can’t be sure, but I suspect we might have landed somewhere in the witchlands. I don’t think we’re going to find food or water by staying here. Even if we managed to find a stream, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were tainted. We’re going to need to find a way out of this zone before we all starve to death. I’ve also heard these sorts of places have demons crawling around. Everyone, see if you can find a break in the sky. Be on guard." At the same time, the dwarf seems to wander off on his own. You eventually lose sight of him.
The Space Phantom: (3) You charge towards the monstrosity’s eye on your bike. It doesn’t seem to make any motions to dodge your attack and simply watches you while laughing. Your lance strikes the thing right in the eye, but instead of seeing any signs of bleeding, it simply starts squishing backwards. You feel yourself thrust backward, and only your legs and behind prevent the bike from continuing forward. You lose your balance quickly, but you manage to grab yourself onto the bike’s back tire before you fall completely. From below, the priestess begins performing some sort of spell. The ground near her starts to clump itself and form into a narrow, wall-like mound. Additionally, your lance begins to glow green. Several of the civilians continue running forward, but the abomination plucks two of them off the ground. When you look back, the eye itself seems unharmed.
Rivux: (1) Since you just respawned, you don’t particularly feel tired as your previous injuries and exhaustion don’t carry over from your previous life. You agree to rest for the night and head over to the side of the wooden building, as it might be occupied, and you probably won’t be comfortable sleeping in a normal bed. You try sleeping, but you find yourself unable to do so. You feel a slight sting through the finger bearing the ring, and you feel as though your eyes have been pried open. For some reason, you find yourself unable to sit still and your arms and legs twitch occasionally. At the same time, you feel nauseous, and the landscape and surroundings seem as though they are starting to swirl together. You hear a voice all around you,    "You shouldn’t meddle in affairs that don’t concern you…"    Somewhere far beyond the encampment, you see a smiling humanoid figure staring straight at you. You can’t quite make out most of her features, but she seems to be emitting a nauseating glow and her eyes seem like they’re buried deep into her sockets. You also get the feeling that something is standing behind you, despite the fact your back is to the troops quarters.
NE Sgamer 190: (5) You begin searching around the town for any signs of ambushes. As you explore, you can faintly hear the kobold captain’s voice, but you can’t make out everything. For the most part, you see goblin skeletons everywhere. A few of them have armor and knives, but you can only find about three sets that look like they’re in working condition. The rest seem to be corroded beyond all repair. Four of the houses seem to have collapsed. Over towards the mountainside, you see a mine entrance. Most of the houses seem empty aside from a few jars here and there, some of which are made of bronze. One of the buildings seems to be a workshop with a large furnace-like structure. Most of the things here seem to have decomposed or corroded, but you see a pair of golden axes lying on the ground. There also doesn’t seem to be any fuel. Towards the middle of the village, you see a large, flat stone slab with writing on both sides of it, but you don’t recognize the language. When you explore the end of the village near the collapsed wall, you see several arbitrarily placed pyramids made of stone bricks, a few of which lie on top of the wall. They don’t seem to go more than a foot or two high. Inside one of the larger buildings, which has two eagle-like sculptures standing outside, you find a small hole with steps lining the side, but you aren’t sure where this leads. In every single building, you see dust piled everywhere, but you don’t see any signs of spiders or spiderwebs. Aside from your party, there doesn’t seem to be anyone anywhere.
B Ra Hi An 1: (4) You try pulling the arrows out one at a time. One. Two. It hurts like fuck, and you have to take a moment for a breather. You cannot bring the strength to remove the third arrow, nor can you remove the arrow from before. After this, you try healing your wounds with your cure spell. The two arrows still remain in you, but the wounds from those you removed seal up. You hear about four arrows cling against Sturm’s sword. He says, "Now, get back to the camp while I take care of these archers."
Lord Herobrine: (2) You try running up and jumping to one of the trees in order to reach one of the branches. However, you don’t gain enough momentum or height and you land on the ground before you reach the nearest tree. You then try climbing up but by this point, one of the wolves has caught up to you and bites at your right leg. Despite your intangible nature, you feel like your leg has been ripped off, though once the wolf pulls away, you see your leg once more.
Rhyme and Treason: (3) After your statement, the shrumen says, "Uh, okay. I don’t know why you would need a bigger ship or where you’re going to find people to man it, but whatever. If you’re looking for a job, you could always ask the mayor. I hear they also need heavy lifters over in the west to help rebuild everything. Or you could try joining the liberation force."
No1mustevarno: (4) You mention to the trolls that you have no idea where you’re from. The slinger that spoke earlier says, "At least you nots be one of them Laguz. Righty. You musts digs for us." The other slinger runs off. After several minutes, the troll returns with a crude stone shovel and tosses it near you. "Takes it and go into that tunnel." He points to the tunnel behind you. "If you tries to escape, we must kill you. Go already!"
Kayne: (5) You turn around and pick up the guard behind you, then toss him into the the pickaxe-users. The one to your right moves out of the way, however, the other one receives the full force of the collision. The guard you just threw impales himself on the pickaxe and causes your target to tumble to the ground. The remaining three shades begin to back up slowly.
Philosopher: (4) Jindu replies, "Alright, I’ll consider your offer. Just make sure you have a nice title waiting for me if it succeeds. Now, just keep heading to the Southeast until you find the city of Ixal. If you follow the river, you won’t be able to miss it. I can’t guarantee the Rajah will see you, but the child’s bizarre appearance might help you there. Now, why don’t you head on your way while I take care of things here? If your campaign succeeds, we’re going to have some very interesting times up ahead."

Turn 38

First time posts for this session require you to state a race and class of a Dnd/Fantasy RPG variety. This is an RTD with some continuity and I want to make sure you don't show up with space-themed stuff when that doesn't fit with the general theme. I also recommend reading through my previous posts to get a sense of how I run things and some of the things you don't want to do. You'll also get a sense of the stuff that's going on by doing so.

Rivux: (6) You try calming yourself down by convincing yourself these conditions are nothing more than an aftereffect of respawning. After about a minute or so, the figure in the distance seems to have disappeared, and you no longer feel like you have stimulants shot up through your veins. Eventually, you begin to fall asleep.

When you wake up, you find yourself lying in a plank-constructed boat. Your legs have been tied together with rope, but you should be able to undo them with your dagger. A set of oars lies within the boat itself, but there doesn’t seem to be any sort of sail. You seem to be somewhere in the middle of a sea, but your boat seems to be heading towards the shore. Beyond that lies a fairly large forest sitting atop a small hill, but towards the left you see a low-lying grassland. After a few minutes, you land on the shore. The sun seems to be rising behind you. You have no idea where you are or how you managed to reach this place.

NE Sgamer 190: (4) There are no stairs in sight. You see several stone blocks sticking into the wall which form a sort of ladder down into the dark hole. Despite the fact you don’t carry a light source with you, you head down into the hole. Luckily, there seems to be a faintly glowing light orb resting on the ceiling. You find yourself in a fairly large circular chamber with a large stone slab sitting on a flat face of the wall. On the opposite side, you see what appears to be a circular altar resting before another flat portion of the wall. You see writing etched into the side of this in the same language as the stone slab on the surface. In the middle of the platform, you see a golden sculpture which seems to be an almost perfect replica of the blonde-haired witch you encountered earlier. The witch wears an open smile on her face, and you can’t help but get the feeling that she’s staring at you. Around this, you see four crude gold sculptures of goblins that seem to have been melted and sliced apart. From their current configurations, they almost seem to be kneeling before the central sculpture of the witch. On the wall behind, you see the message, "Cathari was here," written in bold, bloody English. It seems to cover a painting underneath. From what’s left, you see about four crudely drawn goblins facing the sky with spears in their hands. Above them, there seems to be the beginnings of a pentagram, but the message in dried blood covers up over half of it.
Lord Herobrine: (2) You don’t have any enhancement spells at your disposal. You pull out an arrow and pull it into the string, turning your back to the tree. You launch it, but the wolf simply jumps just before the attack and dodges it. It runs around and takes a bite out of your other leg before pulling back. The other two wolves begin to step up as well, but you might be able to run through.
Trip: (5) You decide to search for breaks in the sky, whatever that means. You reason that you don’t want to wander too far off from the rest of the group. The twilight seems to be a purplish-pinkish, sunset-like sort of sky woven in with a series of yellowish flashes of light akin to rips in an overarching fabric. As the captain hasn’t mentioned anything about these rips, these probably aren’t the breaks he’s referring to. Therefore, you conjure a floating eye, which you had recently read about in your spellbook. Once summoned, you simultaneously see from the eye as well as from your own body. You motion for it to move higher to get a better view of things and it does so. As it soars, you see the dead plains continue on and on past the walls. Additionally, you see the mountains extending towards your left and right. When the eye looks towards the mountain behind you, you see a portion of the sky giving away to night. The mountains continue on in that direction, but eventually you see an enormous stone wall erected between some of the farther peaks. You have no idea how long this thing goes for, but it seems to connect between the mountains at the edge of the range. There seems to be some sort of reddish-pink, glass-like sheet rising up from the top of the wall towards the sky. You can only make out this feature due to the numerous torches lining the outside of the wall. Closer to you, you see a mine entrance near the village.
Kayne: (6) You step back a little and begin planning for when the shades attack. First of all, you look around and reevaluate your surroundings. There’s currently an ongoing fire to your left and a short distance behind you. The two you just tossed aren’t going to be able to engage you at the moment, and the impaled shade will probably die without too much effort. The three guards in front of you comprise of two saber users and a pickaxe user. Unless you give up your position, they’re not going to be able to go around you. So far, they don’t seem to have been doing too much damage with their weapons. One of the ones in the back might go for the firepots. Tricking them into running into the fire is definitely an option. Retreat is also an option, though you can still afford to press the fight. Continuing to throw them at each other will push back their attack. Tossing them into the fire on your left is also an option, though you’ll only be able to throw one at a time. Alternatively, you could charge into them and resist most of the blows with your durability, but you would run the risk of running into the firebombs. Now you could kill the impaled saber-user and then strike down the two unarmored pickaxe users, forcing the other two to retreat into the cave. Alternatively, you can kill the three remaining saber-users and try coercing the other two to surrender, as they don’t seem to be formal guards like the others. Another plan, pull back, bait the shades into using the other firepots, then engage them out in the open where they can’t take advantage of the fire.

Suddenly, you see the two standing saber-users and the pickaxe guard charge forward and shove you backwards. Since you were spending so much time evaluating the situation, you couldn’t react to defend yourself. You slam onto the ground behind you. Oh dear. It appears you are on fire.

Philosopher: (3) You thank the shaman and the chief, mount your tiger, and head out of the hut. Once out, Marisa teleports the three of you right onto the bridge to the down. You look up to the sky and try figuring out which direction would be southeast. After a few seconds, you point in that general direction, and Marisa teleports you once again. This process repeats itself several times as you travel through the savanna. Eventually, you find yourself overlooking a large river. You find yourself before a stone roadway extending towards your left and right on some flatlands high above the river. The immediate area seems to have been cleared of trees. Unfortunately, you don’t see any signs of a city nearby.
Rhyme and Treason: (4) After thanking the shrumen for his assistance, you begin looking around the village to find the mayor. Most of the houses here seem to be a combination of brick and wood. You see smoke rising from five of the buildings, and a few carts are unloading materials at these locations. In the center of this village, you see a few market stalls set up, most of them selling foodstuff, clothing, jewelry, and other basic commodities. One of the buildings seems slightly larger than the others, and has a small garden planted around it. There also seems to be a small wooden signpost with writing you don’t recognize. Seeing as this might be the mayor’s house, you head up to the door and knock. A somewhat elderly human man wearing a white tunic with a red sash steps out. The sash has a golden ornament attached near the shoulder depicting a hawk. The man says, "Oh? That’s something you don’t see everyday. What’s your business with me lad?" You introduce yourself and then ask where you could find a job. "Well, you certainly look like a fighter. Guess you’re not interested in joining the liberation corps. You could always help around with construction, but I don’t think that would be your sort of thing. Now, I’ve been hearing multiple complaints of bandits on the road. They weren’t much of a problem when the lizards ran things, but the Marduk regime hasn’t exactly been thorough in dealing with them. Most of the fighting types are at the front lines or holed up in the capital. I’d like you to get rid of them for me. You come back with their heads or something, and I’ll be sure to reward you."
The Space Phantom: (2) You get back on your bike and charge the cyclops portion of the hand once more. You propel forth, but the cyclops extension simply swerves out of the way seconds before you collide. Afterward, you turn around and the cyclops turns to face you. The abomination says,    "Dear god, you’re absolutely pathetic. You’ve got all the speed and agility in the world and you can’t land a simple attack. I’m the biggest target in the world; an ordinary, human two-year old would be landing every single shot against me. I don’t even have to try to dodge your attacks. You know what, I’m going to let you form your stupid little army. Maybe they’ll make up for how much suck you have. See you soon. KYAHAHAHAHA!!!"    The hand scoops up four more civilians, and then the whole abomination pulls back into the ground.
