... welp, I reached over-saturation with feminism stuff on tumblr: they collectively sound like they won't accept anything but burkas. Except they don't accept burkas too, so no women, at all, anywhere, to not offend the screeching masses. Except that will offend them too. So, screeching ensues no matter what and absolutely nothing gets achieved. Good job.

I don't know what you've been reading, but to gather that reaction from what I just posted just seems fundamentally wrong, and a ridiculous exaggeration. I suggest you actually read the article, if you didn't.

Yeah, I've been watching this from the video game side of things and that article made a lot of good points that could apply to games, too.

Good luck convincing anyone of that, of course.

I understand why you said it. I find it a bit hard to believe there was that much straw in the first place, or that the camel actually needed to take on this load, so to speak.

I can testify that there actually is that much straw, much of it from men who don't know what they're talking about.
